"Relax"

Have you ever felt that there was not enough time in one day for the list of things to do?  Me too.  I'm positive that we're not by ourselves.  We should make daily goals.  It keeps us focus.  We know what has to be done.  We are organized.  It can become overwhelming when the list of things to do cannot be completed in the expected time.

Relax.  Yes, that's right.  After you have made your list, set a time limit, and complete what can be done.  Relax.  Pull out your to do list and place what could not be done today on the top of tomorrow's to do list.  It's always good to look at your to do list each day before you begin your task. You may need to prioritize thr list of things to do first.  Prioritizing the most important tasks saves you from being disappointed because everything could not be done.  Now, pat yourself on your back and relax.

Tomorrow is a new day with brand new mercy.  If we are here to see it we can shine just as we did the day before.  We are orgainizing every area of our lives one day at a time.  So, again I say relax.   Relax, breathe, and thank our heavenly Father for loaning us strength to get it done.  Relax, Meditate on Him, and let Him speak to your heart.

Keep Fighting Until You See Change

I was thinking real hard today.  I have a few things going on in my life that I wish could be changed instantly.  I'm sure you all know what I mean.  If you don't keep on living.  Anyhow, I came to a conclusion that I have traveled this road before.  It was probably a different scenario but it still made made me feel the same way.  I begin to realize that if God brought me through before and so many times before He will do it again.  I have learned that after the process I always come out stronger than I was before.

You see, we all have purpose and things happen in our lives for purpose on purpose.  It pushes us to the next level.  It's sorta like passing the grade and being elevated to the next grade.  We must go through it in order to get to the next level.  It's easy to give up and put an end to the matter but it pays off to go to the finish line. If you don't go to the finish line you will never see the results of your standing firm and not moving until you see change. 

We win!  Yes, we win at the end.  It's been said on many occasions that only the strong survive.  We may not have it all together when we are going through but, surely if we stay prayerful and keep focus on God's Word we automatically win at the end.  That's at each level in our lives.

It's Been A Long Time Since I have Talked To YOU

We get so involved in so many things daily that literally causes us to put on hold some things that are dear to our hearts.  My first thought is not setting goals and moving in with the status quo which will disorganized you in many ways.  It's exactly how I feel about not visiting YOU and writing on this blog in a couple of years.

I must keep focus on something that needs a daily input.  There is so much happening in the world today that can easily set us off balance.  We need a hiding place to run to.  The best fulfillment in a well balance life is in The Word of God.  However, after you leave the Word of God find your way here :-)

No, we can't eat it physically but, we can eat it spiritually.  God gives us the ability to pour into each other love that we all long for.  Everywhere you go people are in search of love.  Sometimes, we look in the wrong places or instead we get just the opposite.  I am hoping that whenever you visit this blog that you will receive the love of Jesus that He shares with me flow onto you and passed along by you.  I am praying that something in my blogs would fit your description for the day.

Strong Woman!!!

I can concur with this right here.  How about you?  I was taught and love to do everything until completion.  A day would consist of work, work and work...lol...but, we do what we have to do.  

It took some time but, I learned how to set tiny goals and accomplish that first then move on to the next set of goals.  If we didn't understand this before we will.  Life has a way of teaching us.  

For all the "Superwomen", take time outs so that someone can gently take your hand and show you that everything will indeed be alright.  (Give God your hands today).

Common Sense

Ever heard the saying "use your common sense"?  Well, it appears that much of our common sense have become obsolete if you're looking for it from within yourself. In the past common sense was learned through a thought process.

Merriam Webster's meaning of common sense states:

1.the ability to think and behave in a reasonable way and to make good decisions
2. sound and prudent judgment based on a simple perception of the situation or facts

Our Environment 

Today, we live in a fast paced environment.  We find that old practices are no longer used for achieving goals. Once upon a time we used our fingers and pencil markings to count but, machines do the work for us.  Technology have increased tremendously.  Yes, machines rules but, that's another story. Everyone can agree that without a cell phone we feel disconnected.  Radio and television are no longer enough.  

Who do we blame?  

We don't follow webster's description of "common sense".  However, not making good decisions with a person, place or thing on a consistant basis is the opposite of having common sense. In my opinion one of the reasons we fail or become repeatative in old theories or practice new theories without confining within our own brain. Another reason can stem from our teachings from our parents, teachers, mentors etc. that we refuse to change.  Of course, we have contributed some of our own influences out of order.  

Common sense new meaning

Common sense today can be found at the push of a button.  It's furtherest from our brain. Where is it you may be asking. The cash register is electronic.  It has a computer chip inside to do all the math.  You never need to use your brain to figure anything out.  Pull out your cell phone. I am positive you have one.  Have you noticed the calculator, camera, internet, microsoft office, and many other apps on it?  We no longer depend on our brain's information to solve problems.  Our brain have been programmed to seek modern devices in place of the housed common sense we once had.  How have this new meaning of common sense affected us?  We'll think and come up with an answer, I'm sure.

"Sow What You Want To Reap"

We have often heard the term you reap what you sow. And this is true all the day long. Now, what needs to be stressed is we should sow more of what we want to reap. For forgiveness-forgive, sickness-help those who are sicker, more money-increase our giving, lonely-be a friend, happiness-make others happy etc.

But, in all our sowing seek the Lord first it is He who gives the increase. He will give us joy and peace that surpasses all of our understanding. I am totally overwhelmed with the greatness of our God. I was once doing everything and anything that I wanted to do and thought I had it going on but, found out that there is a far greater lighter way of living life than what my imagination could ever dream of. (When I say lighter I'm speaking in terms of letting go of things that get in the way like hate, backbiting, envy, strife etc).

After all we don't have the ability to control our own imagination. It is God who gives us to dream. He wants to and will give us the abundantly life that we are seeking when we totally trust Him to do so. He will move mountains, keep us in the valley and hide us from the rain. Our God is AWESOME!!!! Hallelujah!!!!
